Premium
10% auctioneers premium is charged on all lots. Please note that on your first successful bid you must clearly display your registered bidding number.

Deposits
A minimum of fifty pounds deposit will be required upon registration.

Accounts
These will be ready approx 20 mins after the auction is over.

Payment of Bills
Terms are cash, personal cheque (up to the limit on cheque guarantee card), or debit card. Please note - we do not accept credit cards.

Settlement of Account
All goods must be paid for before collection. No goods are to be removed whilst the auction is in progress.

Removal
You must be served by a member of staff when collecting goods. You must not help yourself at any time. All goods must be paid for & removed up to 1 hour after the auction is over on Saturday or on the following Monday from 9.30am to 1pm. If goods are not paid for & removed by the end of this period, the auctioneer may sell such lot(s) by public or private sale without giving previous notice to the purchaser. On such occasions no deposits will be refunded.
